Established in 1994 with just one 16mm capacity machine, continual investment has led to a production facility comprising of fifteen Star CNC sliding head lathes with machine capacity ranging from 10mm up to 32mm.
We can produce any batch size from a one off prototype to hundreds of thousands.
All machines are fitted with automatic magazine barfeed options enabling 24 Hour production.
With ISO 9001 2015 accreditation our Quality can be assured, producing parts from mild steel, alloy and stainless steels, brass, titanium and plastics.
